I’ve stayed here quite a few times it’s usually just me and my husband. With the recent blizzard we stayed with the children, upon checking in we requested a crib and the young man at the front advised they’d bring it up. We went up to the room dropped off our bags and went downstairs to eat. Prior to leaving we left the do not disturb on which caused them not to leave the crib completely understandable. We call and ask if they could just go in and leave it we don’t mind, they specifically told us no they couldn’t go into the room because of the do not disturb being on. We left it on so we completely understand we called when we got back and they brought it back with no problems. The next day we wake up and leave we’re gone for a good amount of time again we left the do not disturb on; we come back and there is a pile of towels that we didn’t request as we bring our own towels no need to request any. As we speak to multiple people we finally were told that a supervisor came in to bring the requested towels which again we did not request as we didn’t need them. Speak with the manager in quest services to tell us she doesn’t feel like it was a big deal as hotel staff have the right to come in and out of room as needed even if the do not disturb is on. My only problem is why couldn’t the crib be dropped off if we okayed them going in with the same sign on ? The towels were dropped off at the wrong room and they acknowledged there was no request for any of my rooms as I had more than one room booked. For the prices and the comfort of there guest more could’ve been done. Only for the guest service manger to base it upon her feelings as she stated “ I don’t think it was done on purpose”

Gorgeous hotel that sits directly on the boardwalk. Definitely luxe, with its dream-cloud bed 🛌. The shower temperature is perfect 👌. Front desk service was impeccable. The valet guys are so professional. More restaurants are needed. We were in from New York for a concert at the Boardwalk Hall. Love the idea of not having to drive. The location is excellent. Highly recommend Oceans.

Ocean Casino Resort is an excellent place for a family vacation. The stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing from start to finish. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the view of the ocean was absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere throughout the resort was pleasant, making our experience even more enjoyable. This was our first time staying here, and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The rooms were clean, fresh, and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job throughout our stay. There was plenty to see and do, with great restaurants, shopping, and beautiful pool areas all conveniently located inside the resort. The location was perfect—both the Boardwalk and Steel Pier were within walking distance, and there were countless shops, attractions, and dining options along the Boardwalk to enjoy. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Atlantic City!

Amazing 5 stars! First time at Ocean Resort, I’ve always stayed at Hard Rock prior to this, and I’m very impressed! We booked the studio suite to celebrate my birthday and upon arrival they upgraded us to the one bedroom suite at no charge. The views were breathtaking. I can’t wait to come back! The food & Restaurant options are also great. The entire facility is clean. Definitely my new favorite place to stay in AC!
